Notice of First BOA Pre-Development Committee Meeting

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Greenwich BOA Pre-Development Committee will hold a meeting on Wednesday, November 1, 2023 at 6:30 pm at the Greenwich Town Hall, 2 Academy Street, Greenwich, NY 12834.

In 2022, the Town of Greenwich, with the Village of Greenwich, was awarded $166,500 from the New York State Department of State (DOS) to complete key recommendations from the 2022 Greenwich Revitalization Plan, including zoning updates and water and sewer engineering and assessments.
