Immediately following a Public Hearing on a revision to the State Environmental Quality Review Act for the Water Improvement Project – Salem Street portion of the project

A Public Hearing on the Village of Greenwich’s Intention to take title of the Dunbarton Mill site  

A discussion on a local law to change residency requirements for members of the Village Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals or any Joint Village-Town Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals.

Please take notice that the Village of Greenwich Board of Trustees will hold three Public Hearings at a Special Meeting of the Village Board on Monday, August 25, 2025 at 6:00 pm at 6 Academy St. on emergency repairs to the Wastewater Treatment Plant for purchase of a new pump for the wastewater treatment plant not to exceed $10,000. Pursuant to General Municipal Law 6-d, these funds were established for repairs of equipment not recurring annually, and may be used as such, following a Public Hearing and Board vote.
