PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Greenwich will be applying for grant funding from the RESTORE NY round 6 program administered by the Empire State Development Corporation. RESTORE NY funds can be used to demolish, deconstruct, rehabilitate and/or reconstruct vacant, abandoned, condemned and surplus properties. A Public Hearing will be held on October 3, 2022 at 7 p.m. at the Village Hall, 6 Academy Street, Greenwich, NY regarding the application and the Village of Greenwich properties designated for funding as outlined in the Property Assessment List below:
