Understanding their interconnected vision, goals, issues, and opportunities and the continued collaboration of the two communities, the Village and Town decided to prepare a joint Comprehensive Plan. The plan will reflect the recently completed Greenwich Revitalization Plan and establish strategies to guide development in the Village and Town over the next 15 to 20 years. This initiative is being directed by a Project Advisory Committee appointed by the Village Board and Town Board. The planning process is expected to take approximately 9-12 months to complete, with the first public event planned for the fall.
