Please take notice that a Public Hearing of the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Greenwich will be held on Wednesday, April 16th at 6:00 pm in the Board Room of the Community Center. This is a Public Hearing to consider the Application of Steve Townsend for a Subdivision Application for 25 Eddy Street in the Village of Greenwich. The Board will also Review the Sketch Plan for 73 Main Street conversion to residential and professional use. The board reserves the right to consider any business brought before it.
